The Board of Supervisors of the Township of Silver Spring hereby gives public notice that it will hold a public hearing on March 27, 2019 at 6:30 pm in the Township Municipal Building, 8 Flowers Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania to consider:
Ordinance No. 3 of 2019 would, change the zoning of two parcels of land owned by Lawrence Real Estate Development, LLC, 19.672 acres from the residential (R1) Zone to the high Density Residential (R-2) Zone and approximately .663 acres located south of US Route 11 and west of Silver Spring Road from Residential (R-1) Zone to the Highway Commercial (C-3) Zone and amending Section 205.5 to increase the multiple family maximum density in the High Density Residential (R-1) Zone from 5 to 8.
Following the public hearing, the Board of Supervisors, on March 27, 2019, at the above-referenced Township Municipal Building, will vote upon enactment of Ordinance No. 3 of 2019.
