PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Silver Spring Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Monday, May 13, 2019 at 6:00 pm at the Township Municipal Building, 8 Flowers Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 to conduct a public hearing on and consider the following application(s):
Variance 2019-2 – Urban Neon, Inc, representing 675 Silver Spring Road, Mechanicsburg. The applicant is requesting a variance to Section 313.3 – Sign Requirements. The purpose of this application is to exceed the allowable square footage to achieve effective visibility from the major road ways. This will be continued from the March 11, 2019 meeting.
Variance 2019-6 – Sam’s Club #4994, at 6520 Carlisle Pike, Suite 250, Mechanicsburg. The applicant is requesting a variance to Section 313.3 – Sign Requirements. The purpose of this application is to exceed the allowable square footage without having to remove the logo and name and to stay uniform throughout the nationwide project.
The above applications have been submitted pursuant to Section 604 of the Silver Spring Township Zoning Ordinance. All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.
