PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Silver Spring Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Monday, June 10, 2019 at 6:00 pm at the Township Municipal Building, 8 Flowers Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 to conduct a public hearing on and consider the following application(s):
Variance 2019-7 – Dan Blank, representing 912 Greenbriar Drive, Mechanicsburg. The applicant is requesting a variance to Section 202.6 – Design Requirements – Rear yard setback. The purpose of this application is to add a screen room onto his house.
Variance 2019-8 – Biltbold, Inc, representing 43 Glendale Dr, Lot 2, Mechanicsburg. The applicant is requesting a variance to Section 200.5 – Design Requirements and Section 346.D – Development Along Streams and Wetlands. The purpose of this application is to rebuild and expand a home in the current location.
The above applications have been submitted pursuant to Section 604 of the Silver Spring Township Zoning Ordinance. All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.
