Penn Waste offers, at no cost to our residents, a large 64-gallon trash and recycling cart to each home in Silver Spring Township. Our goal is to reduce the amount of recyclable materials put into the regular trash and increase recycling. Contact Penn Waste at 717-767-4456 to arrange for delivery of your cart.
