Land Preservation Review Board
The Land Preservation Review Board (LPRB) was formed in 2013 to recommend to the Board of Supervisors procedures for reviewing open space property interests and rating the relative desirability of interests in particular parcels of real property. Funding for development rights is provided through a voter-approved increase of one-tenth of one percent (0.01%) to the Earned Income Tax (EIT).
Meetings are tentatively scheduled for the third Thursday of every month at 5:30 pm and are held at the Township Administration Building, located at 8 Flowers Drive in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
