Silver Spring Township is pleased to announce a new and IMPROVED permit system. This new process will allow you to view the status of your application and pay permit fees online (*bank fee applies for using a credit/debit card).

You are now able to apply from the comfort of your home for most permit applications which include but are not limited to Residential Building, Non-Residential Building, Zoning, Minor Storm Water, Driveway, Roadcut, AND Septic Pumping Permits!

Gone are the days where you must submit an application fee with your permit.  Application fees are still part of the permit process; however, they are now included when the permit review is completed - simplifying the submission/pick-up process – only one payment!

Moving to an online permitting process will provide a better experience and save valuable time and resources for residents and staff. The enhanced system brings together all the departments who work to process permits, including Building, Zoning, and Public Works.
