Impact Fee Advisory Committee

The Impact Fee Advisory Committee (IFAC) was formed in 2016 as a subcommittee of the Planning Commission per Resolution 2016-21 for the purposes of developing a transportation impact fee ordinance under the terms of Section 504-A(b )( 1) of Act 209 of 1990. 


Meetings are tentatively scheduled for the first Thursday of every month, following the Planning Commission meeting which begins at 6:30 pm and are held at the Township Administration Building, located at 8 Flowers Drive in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
