Silver Spring Township has a population of 13,657 (2010 Census), and was established in 1757. It is part of Cumberland County and is comprised of 33.6 square miles. As a Township of the Second Class, Silver Spring Township is governed by a five-member Board of Supervisors. 

The Township’s municipal services include public safety, public works, parks and recreation, community development, and administration. Fire protection services are provided by the Silver Spring Community Fire Company and the New Kingstown Fire Company. Emergency Medical Services are provided by the Silver Spring Ambulance and Rescue Association. 

Sewer Billing Information

Sewer bills are sent out on a quarterly basis for residential customers. Commercial customers are billed on a monthly basis. For more information on the sewer services, click here.
