The administrative office is open for business but we encourage telephone or email communications. We appreciate scheduling appointments to meet with staff. The lobby is open to one transaction at a time. There is a drop-off bin available at our front door Monday through Friday from 8 AM - 4 PM. A secure lock box is adjacent to the left of the front door.
Please note masks are currently not required when on Township property, We may adjust our policy to reflect current CDC guidelines.
For all transactions we accept cash, check and credit card payments. Please note, there is a bank processing fee for credit card usage.

During this time of continued uncertainty, policies will continue to be evaluated and updated, as necessary. We are making every effort to continue to provide quality service to our community. We appreciate your cooperation.
Public Meetings
Public meetings are being conducted in-person. Due to the downtrend in COVID cases, we are currently not limiting in-person participation for containment purposes. However, the Board Room has a capacity limit for safety concerns. A maximum number of 80 people has been established by the Township Emergency Management Coordinator. All exits must be unobstructed in case of fire or other emergencies. Facemasks are optional, please attend as you feel personally comfortable. We encourage everyone who can, to attend via Zoom.

Police
Call (717) 697-0607 (option 3) to reach an officer or schedule a delivery. Use the call box to the right of the police office main door to contact the 911 center or call dispatch at (717) 238-9676, (or 911) on your cell phone outside of office hours. Silver Spring Tax Office
Tax office is open per scheduled hours. A drop box is available by the tax office door. For more information on tax collection and payments, visit the local tax page.
