What can I do with grass clippings?
We encourage you to adopt "Grasscycling". Mow often enough so that only 1/3 of the leaf height is removed. This may require frequent mowing, especially in the spring. Be sure to mow when grass is dry and attempt to maintain grass height at 2-3 inches. For more information, visit the Penn Waste website at pennwaste.com.

Grass clippings can also be composted at your home. The Joint Compost Facility does not accept grass clippings.
